Carol Birchenough Arley Mile Time Trial
The Arley mile time trial is an internal race for club members.
The time trial starts at 7:30pm. Meet on the Arley Road, Appleton, at the bridge over the M56, or meet at Broomfields at 7pm for a jog upto Arley Road.
The event is a Mile long timed run down Arley road. Runners will go off in pairs with a short gap between pairs, this is because the running is on a public road and there may be traffic.
The fastest man and lady on the night will win a trophy.
